1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the online store “Palestine Habibi”.
The store is directed at both consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
A business is a natural or legal person, or a legal partnership, acting in the exercise of its trade, business, or independent professional activity.

3. Contract language
The contract language is German.
Where an English version is provided, it is for convenience only. In case of doubt, the German version shall prevail.
4. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart.
An automatic order confirmation confirms receipt of the order only and does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
The contract is concluded only when we expressly accept the order by email or dispatch the goods.
5. Products and production
Products are generally made after an order has been placed (“print-on-demand”).
Minor technical deviations in color, print placement, texture, or size may occur to the extent customary in trade and reasonable for the customer.
6. Prices
All prices shown are final prices in euros unless stated otherwise.
In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product prices. Any applicable shipping costs are shown during checkout.
7. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the store.
We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods in individual cases.
8. Delivery and shipping
We deliver to the countries shown in the store.
Delivery times are based on the information shown in the store. As products are made to order, delivery time usually consists of production time plus shipping time.
Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for the customer.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply and must be borne by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
10. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal unless a legal exception applies.

11. Returns, claims, and refunds
Details on returns, claims, and refunds are set out in our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected.
12. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
13. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
These limitations do not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health, fraudulent concealment of a defect, or where liability is mandatory by law.
14. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
16. Final provisions
Should any provision of these Terms be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
