We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return period
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition to the extent necessary for us to inspect the return. Please contact us before sending anything back at info@palestinehabibi.com.

4. Return shipping costs
We offer free return shipping. If your return is approved, we will let you know how to send the item back.

5. No restocking fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.

6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

7. Lost in transit
If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at info@palestinehabibi.com. We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
