We ship to the countries offered in our store.

1. Production and shipping times
Our products are generally made after an order has been placed. Delivery time therefore usually consists of production time plus shipping time.

Estimated delivery times are shown in the store or at checkout. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these timeframes are non-binding estimates.

2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown to the customer during checkout before the order is completed.

3. Shipping partners and fulfillment
Production and shipping may be handled by external fulfillment and shipping partners.

Depending on the product, destination region, and availability, an order may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations.

4. Partial shipments
Orders containing multiple items may in some cases be split into separate shipments where reasonable for the customer.

5. Customs duties, import charges, and taxes
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import charges, taxes, or handling fees may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these costs must be borne by the customer.

6. Delivery delays
If unexpected delays occur, we will try to inform the customer by email.

7. Incorrect shipping address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect address details unless we are responsible for them.
