Shipping Policy

We ship to the countries offered in our store.

1. Production and shipping times
Our products are generally produced only after an order has been placed. Delivery time therefore consists of production time plus shipping time.

Estimated delivery times are shown in the store or at checkout. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these timeframes are non-binding estimates.

Deliveries to Germany: For our currently offered T-shirts, cap, and FREE PALESTINE hoodie, the estimated total delivery time is 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), including production and shipping. Different information shown for an individual product takes precedence.

This estimate for Germany does not apply to other destinations. Delivery time for other countries depends on the product, production location, and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

2. Shipping costs

Our current range uses one flat shipping charge per order, regardless of the number of items or parcels. The following are base prices in euros:

Germany: €6.90
Rest of the EU plus Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine, Vatican City, and the United Kingdom: €8.90
United States (50 states and Washington, D.C.): €10.90
Canada: €12.90
Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein: €14.90
Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Svalbard, and Jan Mayen: €19.90
US territories and military addresses: €19.90. This includes American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and US military addresses supported by Shopify.

When another currency is displayed, prices are converted and rounded according to the rules used by the store. The binding order total, including shipping, is shown before you complete checkout. There is currently no automatic free-shipping threshold.

We do not ship to Russia or Belarus, or to Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk, which are excluded by our shipping partner. Delivery to individual addresses may also be restricted by current carrier limitations.

3. Shipping partners and fulfilment
Production and shipping may be handled by external fulfilment and shipping partners.

Depending on the product, destination, and availability, an order may be produced and shipped from different fulfilment locations.

4. Partial shipments
Orders containing multiple items may in some cases be split into separate shipments where reasonable for the customer. This will not result in additional shipping charges.

5. Customs duties, import charges, and taxes
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import charges, taxes, or handling fees may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these costs must be borne by the customer.

6. Delivery delays
If unexpected delays occur, we will try to inform you by email. Any statutory rights relating to late or non-delivery remain unaffected.

7. Incorrect shipping address
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect address details unless we are responsible for them.

8. Damaged, defective, lost, misprinted, or incorrect shipments
If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, or if your shipment has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible at info@palestinehabibi.com. Where possible, include your order number, a short description, and clear photographs of any product issue. Further details are available in our Returns and Cancellation Policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
