Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. Statutory right of cancellation

If you are a consumer and the law applicable to your purchase gives you a right to cancel, you may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, this period begins on the day you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item in the order.

2. How to cancel

To exercise a statutory right of cancellation, inform us clearly of your decision:

You may use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy, but this is not required. Sending your notice before the applicable deadline is sufficient.

3. Effects of cancellation

If you validly cancel the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We will normally use the same payment method used for the original transaction and will not charge a reimbursement fee.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first.

4. Returns and return costs

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please contact us at info@palestinehabibi.com before returning anything so that we can correctly match the return to your order.

You are responsible for any reduction in value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Made to order and voluntary returns

All our products are made only after an order is placed. This helps us avoid overproduction and unnecessary inventory. We therefore do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges beyond your statutory rights. Please check the size chart, colour, and delivery address carefully before ordering. Made-to-order production does not restrict statutory cancellation rights for our non-personalised standard products. Your statutory cancellation, conformity, and warranty rights remain unaffected.

6. Personalised products

A statutory right of cancellation may be excluded for goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you, where applicable law permits. Choosing one of our standard sizes, standard colours, or ready-made designs does not by itself make a product personalised.

7. Damaged, defective, lost, misprinted, or incorrect items

Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain unaffected. If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, or if your shipment has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible at info@palestinehabibi.com. Where possible, include your order number, a short description, and clear photographs of any product issue. For valid claims, we will bear any required return costs.
